000 — Direktlink 31.08.2009, 15:40 Uhr A I Nikolis Hello. Rigs of rods is a freeware, open source physics/vehicle simulator game. The different things from other games are that the vehicles can be crashed and deform like in real, and of course many more things. The game is extremely hard to learn in the beginning, such as why some things happen, why this doesn't work, how do you do that, etc. So don't complain about things like "this truck goes too slow!!!!!!". The game can also be modded with notepad, but NEVER use programs like Microsoft Word and such things as it may fix "wrong spellings" in the files. More about modding, we can come to later. Who wrote it so far and for what reason? just for fun at vehicles or is there any other reason behind - like simulators for the developer of such vehicles? for sure very interesting!!! 007 — Direktlink 31.08.2009, 21:50 Uhr A I Nikolis Uhm, it was mostly as a hobby project in the beginning, but now it has become so big that it is continuing growing and is pretty well known now! Uhm I don't think it is very good at simulating real vehicles such as cranes because big cranes is so heavy that it is hard to simulate them. 009 — Direktlink 02.09.2009, 17:00 Uhr A I Nikolis Wow :P Do you mean only the commands (such as steer the crane, raise the boom etc) Then you are able to have all from F1-12, Ctrl+F1-12, Alt+F1-12, Ctrl+Alt+F1-12 That's it. Das Bedienen von den Fahrzeugen ist relativ einfach, die meisten Hydraulikfunktionen steuert man mit den F1-F12 STRG+F1-F12, ALT+F1-F12 und STRG ALT F1-F12 Tasten, je nach Fahrzeug ist das verschieden. 022 — Direktlink 04.12.2010, 14:33 Uhr Stegra Wenn du dir die ZIP Dateien runtergeladen hast, dann musst du sie ,( ich hab windows sieben ,weiß nicht wies bei einem andrem geht) unter Dokumente dort unter Rigs of Rods und dann unter packs reinkopieren. Soweit ich das in dem Forum verstanden habe , werden die Krane von Privatpersonen entwickelt und dann im Forum zum Download bereit gestellt, also vond em entwickler. Wenn die nun den download link entfernen gibt es sie nicht mehr zum downloaden.
