Greetings to all forum members:

I am a recent member of the forum, who would like to participate more, if I hadn't the problem of the language.

"Ich verstehe ein bischen Deutsch, aber ich spräche nicht Deutsch".

But I am interested in participating a little more, as I have some models and interesting dioramas to show.

But the reason for this message is more personal.

I would like someone at the forum to help me, if possible.

Preferably, those who live in München !!

This is the problem:

More than a month ago, I bought, on "seibert-automodelle.de", the online store of Thomas Seibert (I think he was one of the owners of B&S models!!), in München, some models that I already paid (almost 200 Euros).

But he doesn't answer any emails neither does he answer the phone!!

Maybe some forum member who lives in Munich could help me and try to find out what happened?

The store may be closed, or maybe something happened to Mr Seibert (I hope not), I don't know...

Could you please help me?

Hello Nuno,

I´m not living in Munich, but let me send a few sentences anyway.

I have ordered last year also something from seibert in his ebay shop and
was very pleased by the service from him, quicjk answer and delivery.

You are right, he is one of the owners of B& S models.

I have and old MB SK model and asked him, if he has some spare parts for the side window, which was seperately at this models.

He would send me thos as spare parts for free, but this was before eatern and I did not here anything since then.

I will check, what I can found out. It must be something unusal, because he even called me for my spare parts request shortly after my e mail to him.

I'm really sorry, but as I got no answers in the beginning, I completely forgot to come here again and inform that, as Michael has already told you, the store is, in fact, closed due to illness.

Thank You, Franz and Michael, for all your efforts, and I do hope that Mr. Seibert gets well soon.

As I paid with PayPal, I got part of my money back, but what I do miss is really, the models, that would look nice in my collection!! And the price for the items was really good too.

I just wish the store gets open again, and I could do business with Mr. Seibert.
