Hello,
Last year I decided to repaint my CC8800 into the Sarens livery. I had a lot of help from various people, including Christian and Eryk!
I know this is not quite up to the level of expertise that a lot of people have on this forum, but this is my first repaint and it took more than one attempt but I was quite happy with the end result. I also added the YCC walkways and brass sheeves.
I have more some other models I want to do but the weather here is cold and damp and not very good for painting.

Jack,
yes I did but I am kind of proud of it so I thought I would post it here as well! Mind you, compared to some of the other custom models I have seen here it really is not anything special.

looks great,with the YCC-parts it looks very authentic:-))
P.S.
Soweit mir bekannt hat Sarens doch mittlerweile 3 Stk., wovon eine noch im Marino-Style arbeitet.
Ist bekannt ob Sarens plant (ähnlich wie zum LTM 1800) die Krane noch in Ihrem normalen Hausschema umzulackieren?

Hallo Martin,
From the crane in Marino-Styl the upperpart is already painted in the Sarens colours. The boom parts are still in red.
